Now as always, the safety and well-being of guests are a top priority. Gateway Inn & Suites is assuring the highest level of cleanliness protocols that are already put in place during these trying times.
Here are some of our preventative guidelines we are implementing for a safe experience with us;
- An effective sneeze-guard at the front desk for safe staff-guest interactions
- Increased cleaning frequency of lobby, front desk area & public areas being done daily
- Reconfiguring and clearly marking spaces to allow for appropriate physical distancing
- Making hand sanitizer readily available to all guests and staff members
To our housekeeping and front desk staff members we have made specific recommendations for paying extra-special attention to both in-room and public areas. This includes;
Sanitizing high traffic spaces and surfaces such as:
- Doors & door knobs
- Vending machine & ice machine
- Guest key cards
- Elevator buttons
- All counters, cabinets, handles & windows
- Hairdryers & all restroom hardware
- Phones, remotes, thermostats, alarm clocks, lighting controls & closet hangers
- Sanitation of housekeeping carts & supplies are done daily
- All members of the housekeeping staff are instructed to wear masks & gloves while carrying out these tasks
